Roderick founded the Nallawilli Group in 2009 and is also Chairman of the Pauline E. McLeod Foundation. Roderick was part of the Stolen Generation and together with his younger sister, Pauline E. McLeod, they were separated from their family for 24 years, being reunited in 1986.
He is now a Senior Elder of the Jaithmathang Nation and is known as Goengalla Goro
Konermar Yin.

Former CFO of Deutsche Bank ANZ, David brings a strong focus on governance business strategy and financial awareness.
He has extensive experience in not-for-profit and is passionate about making positive social and educational impacts in the community
“I always wanted to get into IT, technology has always been my passion though I just couldn’t see how I was going to bridge the skill gap working 12 – 15 hour days as a security guard to support my family.
If it wasn’t for the Nallawilli and the Pauline E. McLeod foundation Id never have bridged the high skill gap. Im so much happier, my wife and family are happier, and I love the challenge of always learning.
Daniel McDougall is the very first psychology scholarship recipient funded by the Pauline E. McLeod Foundation. During this reporting period, we provided our second year of scholarship funding for Daniel with the support of Avery Products.
In the time we have supported Daniel’s scholarship, he has successfully completed his undergraduate degree at Swinburne University. Daniel is now undertaking his Honours in Psychological Sciences.
Chandra made the move to Sydney from his hometown a few years ago, looking for work and better opportunities, “There just wasn’t much going on”.
He found work as a plasterer and though he enjoyed it Chandra was always tired which wasn’t helped by some health issues.
He knew he had to get out of the physical jobs and wanted to use his mind, so took the plunge into a two-year cyber security course.
The Nallawilli Group has committed to support the capability building of both First Nation individuals, Entrepreneurs and Traditional owners through build an ecosystem of understanding and growth.
